Believe me, I know a woman who can't walk nude feet without twisting one ankle: she feels totally fine with at least 15cm (~6") under her heels

hehe, I guess it's just a matter of what you get used to. I've broken both of my ankles, so there is no way I could wear those shoes and not fall and bonk my little head. They look really cute though! weeeeee!
