Description Fifth version of Sylfie, this time using Octane
New NVidia card: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, 6 minutes to render 10000 samples... Wow

In 2011 (June) I did a first render of Sydni (with Poser Pro 2010)

In 2012 (April), I did a second render of her (with Poser Pro 2012):

In 2013 (May), it was Sydni's turn, still using Sylfie's texture, with Poser Pro 2014.

In 2016 (June), Back to Sylfie's geometry and skin:

Today: still Sylfie's geometry and skin
© Thorne & Sarsa - 2005 and 2006
SAV's Sonia Hair

Made with Poser 11 Pro, rendered using Octane4
Post-processing with Photoshop

I haven't a lot of pics of her, because it is an old character, which "moves" not correctly compared to more modern ones.
But I have this old portrait:

Nicely done, showing the series of progressions with Poser. Is this most recent one using the Octane Plugin for Daz or did you use Poser/Octane to create it?
And yeah the 2080ti is a true beast, and with Octane it renders even faster than with Iray... 6 mins for 10K samples though, even for the 2080ti-that's pretty insane speed lol. Did you have the mesh resolution level set fairly low (not level4 HD)?

Thank you so much
I'm using Poser 11 Pro and Octane 4, indeed. I  don't have the Studio.
And yes, you are right: the 2080ti is incredible, especially compared to my old 980ti I was using till now.
For what I understand from the Studion: In Poser, we have to switch the figure to "Poser Unimesh", only then can we increase the subdivision level.
In this particular case, I've let Octane do the job by itself.
Furthermore, Aiko3 figures are equivalent to the Victoria 3 generation: the resolution is not very high. As the bend awfully compared to nowadays figures, I let them in very common poses so that the resolution level is not very important.

Well, as its an Aiko3, she bends terribly wrong...
But you are right: this generation do has something really special
