Yay...erogenesisCGI has at least released an early version of his huge Project Evolution
Here is a first test, with a Vic4 version of a salopet, converted using the tool he sells.
Rendered with Poser 11 Pro, using SuperFly/GPU
Post-processing with Photoshop & Nik

Please excuse my wording, i'm not a native speaker.
What i like:
The idea.
The mirroring ground without edge to the background.
The colours of the background.
Her Pose an the trousers - it's sexy but does not show too much.
Her face without too much makeup, and her expression, natural and not too slinky.
Critiques:

The Hair (Valens?) pierces through the trousers.
It can be seen, that the left foot does not touch the ground kompletely (small toes) same for the right foot, the toes are not enought bent to hold her weight - I tried this pose and saw in the mirror, that the toes of both feet have to touch the ground completely.
At the right knee can be seen, it sticks in the ground too much.
Models:
The trouser look like their made of roof cardboard, not jeans fabric, they are too stiff.
(I know, materials and models for rendering are the problem - For closer shots i just use some with better characteristics) and at the left side at the hip it seems to be brocken.
And, the textures look a bit muddy... maybe a higher Rendering quality?)

For the hair: you are right. I was too in a hurry to render and show her
For the foot: I've tried by myself: my left foot isn't flat on the ground when the left knee bends towards the right leg.

I bought her right away but haven't done anything with her, not sure why. Maybe because I don't use Poser 11, I have it installed but prefer 2014.

Note that she has been partially designed using pp2014, which means that she works well with that version, too.
My advice: put her in her own runtime, and share it among your Poser versions.

How did you find the clothing conversion process overall? Any difficulties?

When you buy PE, you receive also everything needed to do the conversion: a mannequin + a PDF file:
There's no real difficulty, just the need to train, especially with the trousers: the crotch has vertices that are really near.

With skirts, it's easier, as there's no crotch.

The skin texture is interesting, the result is pretty convencing , the only flaw i can see here (aside from the hair through the salopet) is the lips, there are like "mate" if you know what i mean, there is no reflection, maybe it's just me but they seems a little "off".

This is a first test, and there is a lot to learn with this new character.
For the hair: part is on the left, and part on the right of the strap.
