"No Homura-chan! You shouldn't do my homework for me...""Madoka. You're the one person I cannot allow Kyubey to make a contract with. I will do anything to prevent that from happening."
"But... Homura.........chan....."
Spent a rather long time on this... hope I still have time to do MY homework! DX
Inspired by a couple webcomics I saw about Kyubey trying to get Madoka to make a contract in return for toilet paper. I thought it'd be funny if he tried to contract in return for perfect homework grades. XD
Naturally, Homura will have none of that.
Sketched in SAI, lined colored and finished in Flash CS5.

Madoka is lucky to have someone like Homura. She cares about Madoka AND does her homework for her. As for the art, the shading and shadows look good, and appear in all the correct places. The anatomy is well drawn. The hands are really well drawn, which I have to give you props for considering hands can be a nightmare to draw sometimes. Facial expressions look great. Kyubey looks excellent and is was put in probably the most fitting and amusing spot you could have put him in. So overall, you did an excellent job. Great work. Just curious, is Madoka crying because she knows she should do her own homework, or because doesn't Homura to have to do extra work?

I think I could've done a little better with the shadows on Homura (I did them last so they were a little rushed compared to Madoka's and Kyubey's) and I think the hands look kinda messy if you zoom in too closely. But I guess I managed to keep a fairly consistent look throughout.
Madoka is crying because the homework is so difficult and annoying that she doesn't believe anyone should have to go through it, especially since Homura already has her own homework to do. XD She also feels guilty for letting someone do it for her.
