Why are you crying?***
found this kitten in a run down place near ao-nang, thailand. it was smaller than the palms of my hand. it couldnt walk properly and slept in an old shoe. makes me sad to see a domestic animal being treated so poorly.

That is such a cute kitten....even though its an eye infection the idea of it crying is heartwrenching. Did you save it?? If I could pull the amazing feat and get to Thailand...'d bring it home..: (

What happened to the kitten afterwards? Did you send it to the SPCA or keep it?...Or at least feed it?

Thankyou for the comment. Unfortunately, all i could do was take his picture and feed him. Didnt make any contact with them because who knows wat diseases they have in such a poor living environment. Sadly this kitten was not the only one like this. Really heartbreaking stuff

This kitten is so sweet looking! It makes me want to go out and solve all the injustices in this world! My dog gets goopies like that at the corners of his eyes sometimes, the vet said it may have been one of the signs of him going blind (seing as he's blind right now...)

Amazing photograph - really brings it home how much animals suffer in some countries.
It must be very frustrating being there and not being able to do anything. My friend and I were in Portugal in the summer, and she fell in love with a stray dog (little skinny fleabitten thing). Naturally, it was up to ME to persuade her that we couldn't take it home with us, and we'd probably get arrested for trying to bring an animal back into the country. And we DEFINITELY couldn't have paid for quarantine. She hated me for days!
But, yeah. It's a really moving photograph.

my mom found a kitten that small in a parking lot. she took it to the SPCA and they said it was too small to take just yet. so my mom took it to my grandmother's house, so my grandma could raise it until it was old enough/healthy enough for the SPCA. my grandma ended up keeping the little kitten and loves it dearly. i hope this kitten gets a good home too. =[

such a sad shot...I hate seeing this. It's asking for help with it's eyes. It's a shame you couldn't do more for it. But awareness is a big step in the right direction. You should add the text "Please spay and neuter your pets to avoid this tragic loss of beauty" to the image.

I almost wanna cry myself. I am goin to be the cat woman when I get older. It hurts me so much to see this, and I would do anything to help it!! So then , I would have a million cats!
