In order to grab the water droplets with that degree of accuracy did you have a very plain blue sky background on the original wave photo? Also the boat - in either of the original pictures or separate image?

Love this image. Especially with the Halifax skyline in the background and the ferry with the Canadian flag. I see this view everyday crossing from Dartmouth to Halifax. It's usually the MacDonald Bridge I see.

i see that the waves were caused by tremendous forces of wind but the flags doesn't seem to cooperate..
