It is hard to pinpoint what makes this a great photo. I think the birds make the biggest impact and really catch your attention. The sky is awe-inspiring...and the tire tracks make you wonder who was going where?

What a lovely photo manip. Im truly speechless. Love the way the rays of light shine out and how you can see the silhouette of the birds. The cloud formation is quite wonderful. I can almost feel the gentle breeze going thru the field...this piece certainly creates this certain warmness. congratulations in achieving that. Its truly inspiring. Keep up the wonderful work

On a second glance I'm not sure anymore 
You're a talent. I'll be faving this eventhough the field is lighted from the side but sun is in the front (and behind the clouds)
But I don't care because I don't know if it was meant to be that way
Field looks so beautiful but the story... I dunno should I think this as a hopeful photo (just beautifully saturaded colors) or depressing (dark clouds are extuingishing the the sun...). Indeed, one can create his on story from this. Excellent manip. Birds are icing on the cace eventhough some of the look a bit flat (too sharp edges comparing to rest of the manip).
This comment became very disordered because I wrote straight what came to my mind. Sorry for that
