The shot was taken downwards, yes, but with no black piece of paper. The B&w conversion was made with Photoshop and Silver Efex Pro. Thanks for the visit...

Thank you. I took this shot with my Canon 60 mm f/2.8 macro lens, then made the b&w conversion with Photoshop and Silver Efex Pro. Once you master a little bit this latter software, the conversion is quite easy really.
