Ya know, even if she has the biggest gun in the group, the way she's holding it means that if someone suddenly started shooting at them, she'd take around seven to ten seconds to bring up that heavy weapon, and another five to aim down the sights and attempt to hold it steady.
Meaning, by the time she'd fire off a shot, she'd be shot full of holes while bringing up the gun.
Not to mention that her monologuing means that she's let her guard down, thinking she's won... And all spike has to do is smash that Tart right in the face with the Suitcase she so desperately wants.
Oh, and to all you guys out there, Spike may be immune to bullets, but he still bled when shot, meaning that he's only able to block a certain amount of bullets before it takes it's toll on him. Not to mention that while he's bulletproof, it doesn't mean he's pain resistant. The reason he lost consciousness was because of both pain and shock.

So long as Spike remembers that he's bullet proof, then I personally think that he will not be lettin go of that brief case for the likes of 00284. Coward or not, there is only so much one person is willing to take before they snap.
