Sprites by Justin Nuggets with some slight modifications by me.Claymorior (Clay, Warrior, Claymore)
Guards to Regalance, based on Terra Cotta warriors. Wields a claymore. Other names were Barraxe (when it had an axe).
Regalance
King with ancient glyphs on cloak. One in every thousand Claymorior can evolve into one. Can summon a halbred.
Gupphish -> Gupphire -> Golnagi (Goldfish, Unagi)
Steamed goldfish, cooked eel-dragon thing
Reindeer 1 -> Reindeer 2
Reindeer 1 based on candy cane / north pole sign
Reindeer 2 based on festive decorations and snowman. Some names were Noelk, Decorein, Reindolph
Carcharock
A standalone fossil Pokemon similar to Aerodactyl.
Fumaggot (Fumigate and Maggot)
Based on fly, floats because of gas, inspired by gen 1 Parasect sprites.
Beluga
Not much to it except it's a stylized beluga with submarine parts and ice stuck to it

It's supposed to be drawn to TV and radio signals.
The original idea was to have it be encountered only when you play a certain frequency on your PokeGear radio
