Description Pen and wash of my favourite bird.  I'm new to the watercolour medium and not very confident, but I will continue to practice with it as I find it produces such magical, romantic effects.

Great job taking on such a challenging pose. The color blending on the magpie's body came out quite well for a beginner with the medium. Keep practicing, because you're doing awesome so far!
