Nose and hair need more work.
According to the angle of the face the nose is off.
You have a problem with hair, try using stippled brush instead of blurring with a smudge stick and see how that turns out.

Ahh well in that case.. Use the "confetti" brush, it is what I used. For both smudging and painting.
My technique is (on a black background):
- Set the brush to confetti (27 x 28).
- Set the spacing to 1.0.
- Set the opacity to pressure.
(for feathering I use the same brush settings but also add: Fade out = 100)
On the black background draw one bang using a white colour.
In the middle of the bang draw a shorter version of the bang with a harder press. (Body of the bang)
In the shorter version draw an even shorter version of that but press on harder. (Highlight)
Use the smudge tool and blend with the direction of the hair.
TO select the colour you want go to... colour > colourise and change the colour of the hair.
That's how I do hair, it's remarkably quick.

Made in the gimp, the hair was the easiest bit. :S
I guess my teenage bunny leveled my hair painting skills.
