TL;DR - Raised in rural area of Russia with her parents and two brothers. Her parents were bakers and they participated often in traditional festivals and ceremonies, thus underlining her attraction to the culture. They moved to a city area in which Daisy had been enrolled into a school that was seemingly westernized, but she still kept her own cultural values. She moved out when she was 21, and took up 'social-like' jobs such as working at cafes, bars and restaurants where she'd talk to the customers when they would converse. Recruited by Elise due to her love in culture and to her dainty and aesthetically pleasing facial features.
Daisy was raised in a smaller populated town in Russia, with her older and younger brother and her parents. Her parents worked at a bakery, in which her brother also worked in as well as her once in a while. There at the bakery, they would bake international desserts and pastries although the main foods that were sold there were traditional Russian pastries, cakes, etc. Daisy's parents were incredibly traditional in all aspects o their lives as well as living with old fashioned views of living, in which their children had picked up in their years of growing up. As Daisy grew as a child, she and her family would have great contribution and participation in traditional festivals and ceremonies in which they would contribute various pastries, attend mass at churches and the like. Over time, she gained a love and passion for the said festivals and ceremonies but more particularly the food that would be made available there; as it made her feel like she had a great connection to her culture due to the traditions that would have been passed down through generations - it made her feel a sense of belonging to her community and to the country.

Although this didn't last for too long, for soon enough her parents had decided to move into the city where there was more business, higher chances of a stable income as well as more access to medicinal resources and the like. She was sent to a public school at the age of 15 but by the age of 16, she was moved to a private school. Her parents had once again set up a bakery in which stabilized her future in years to come. In the area she lived in, the school was exceedingly westernized in their societal, cultural and personal values; which Daisy saw as odd considering she grew up with the traditional values of her parents. In her refusal to conform to the popular norm as a whole, she instead expressed her love for her culture through contextual subjects such as history, textiles and home economics as well as talking about it nonstop to her new, hip city friends.

At the age of 21, she moved out and into an apartment. She took up jobs at small cafes, bars and restaurants which didn't provide a great income for her but it was enough to pay for bills and necessities. Working in those types of jobs, she came to realize that these people who'd visit had a lot to gossip, complain and talk about in which most of the time, she would be stuck listening and/or giving advice. But as she'd give advice, she would slowly turn the conversation to one about her culture in which she'd sometimes talk to customers about her hometown and the countryside, whether or not the person listening was interested. She'd talk about various things - from baking traditional pastries to the forgotten customs that she's dreamed to relive. These customers would stay due to her charm, kindness and sense of comfort in which was the reason why they'd even listen to her pointless stories.

She was soon recruited by a young woman who ran a host/hostess club in Japan - and was intrigued by her love for culture, social skills and enthusiasm. Daisy hesitated greatly at the offer, because - although she was one for parties and gaudy things - she had never left the country before, so it was new territory for her. Her parents and brothers, too, were somewhat against it but decided that if she had wanted to travel then she was allowed to do so. But she soon came to the conclusion that new opportunities would come and go and the thought of being in a different culture altogether and being able to express her love for her own was a thrilling thought.
