Yes hes finally done, however the colors im not so sure about.As you might be able to tell, its highly influenced off Wallabe, SECKSay chara.
XD but yes theres differences >(And also thanks to if she did not tell me about the multiply setting for PSP, then this image would look like HELL compared to what it is now. (its still crap though)
