Sorry that it's sort of blurry. I took this with my iPod. I'm going to be doing some lineart for it soon.

Yes. This is my first attempt at drawing Eggman. Weird huh?!

Like the drawing tell you: Took three hours -- starting from the head, to the torso, and all the way to the feet -- and I used ten different references (references for Eggman's face, his nose, his body, his legs in a sitting position, his scarf, coat, and hat -- and of course his roundness.)

As for Elise, the girl sitting half-asleep beside him, took about 30 minutes, drawn on a separate day with no references used.

This isn;t a complete sketch either. So if you see anything that looks off to you, don;t be afraid to tell me! Thanks!

Though I'll bet you're wondering just what's going on in this picture. Well here's the premise;

Elise -- my made up character and also Eggman's grand niece -- is called back from the outskirts of Station Square by GUN after Tails and Knuckles mysteriously end up in a coma... and Sonic is missing... Elise has had her ups and downs with Sonic in the past, especially while she was working for Eggman, but she becomes worried for Sonic's safety.
(Hmm... is this Exe-related???)

After some research on the matter, Elise makes some horrible discoveries about what's happened to Sonic, and her great uncle might be the next target...
She travels to Eggman's base and convinces him to come with her to where GUN is based. GUN want to use him as bait to draw in this attacker, but Elise just wants to keep him out of harm's way.

Disguised, Eggman boards a train with Elise back to Station Square. At Station Square, they get off the train and wait at the station for GUN officers to pick them up and escort them to the base.
After a bit of small talk and an hour or so of waiting, Elise falls asleep next to Eggman. This gives Eggman a chance to think about his grand niece...

They are practically the only family each other has now. As Eggman is reminded of this, he hesitantly places an arm on Elise's shoulder and sits there in silence, staring ahead and deep in thought.

However... when Elise wakes up, Eggman's not there. She sits up and looks around, suddenly paling when he hears something going on n the subway below. She quickly runs down the concrete steps to be greeted by the twisted voice that filled her nightmare...

"Exe... Don't you dare touch him..."
