I'm sorry to be a bother, but I'm terribly new to this sort of thing and google isn't helping me with too many of my problems

The image above is only a preview. Look at the right menu on this page: you will find a blue "download file" next to a green arrow. Click on it and save it to your computer. A zip file is a compressed file. It's compressed to "weight" less and be easier to download. You have to use a program to unzip it (as "7zip" for example). Right-click on it to see if your computer has a generic program to unzip it. Once you've unzipped it, you obtain a file with the full images in it.
