Its really hard to say what it is, I mean half of it was on paper the other half is on photoshop. Idk. im going with traditional because I want to.the title is "THE CLOUD MAKERS!"
Ooh ahhh. I might color this, I might use this for my digital 2 class as well as perspective.

Where do you get the ideas for these creatures?! Also what are the black cloud things?

I like to first imagine what the animal would do or eat, maybe add some odd quirks or superstitions from humans to the creature. Think about what a animal does (eat, sleep, poop, sexxums) and then decide how they would do it, then I take all of those traits and actually make them into a animal.
