well, seeing as how i've already had it done...i was the first to get it. i think it should be fine if someone else were wanting to use it for their own. i would just maybe suggest modifying the design somewhat, that way your tattoo would be unique, and not just a copy of something someone else has.
just a thought...do with it as you wish.
