my cousin gave me his camer but they place where i took th epicture had awful lighting so i had to edit it a bit but as you can see the picture is a lot clearer

oh! Β ;_; I used watercolor. I pretty much never use watercolor paint but I felt it was the only thing that would give it that effect at the time. and thank you.
