Ta da! This is going to be my final project in Art 30. I just need to finish this, my sculpy creations, and one more piece and I'm alllll done!

This isn't just a tree spirit. This is a colour co-ordinated, artistically perched tree spirit with heterochromia. And a scar. Interesting that you decided on this combination of attributes.

I am so going to get weird looks from my teacher though. She's biased towards traditional type artwork, and my last two projects are digital.

It's cool - not many people go for asymmetrical characters. I had difficulties with that, when I was trying to draw.
I agree with you - you're going to get weird looks from teachers. I tried abstract fantasy pieces at GCSE level, and that kinda confused people. But I enjoyed my final pieces - two clay tablets featuring a dryad and a golem figure. Never has an A grade been so satisfying. As long as the detail is good, and you work well in a medium, no one can fault you. Art, after all, is the appreciation of talent and skill. Face traditional values and yell 'Bring it on!!!'
