Marcy is more of a mean girl. She's sassy, she's confident, she's the ideal bully. Where Penny is more crafty and calculated, Marcy knows how to be more teasing and passionate. She's also a lot more playful than Penny, to the point where sometimes she mildly bullies Penny.

Penny is the brains and Marcy is the cute brute, together they're unstoppable and are the sole reason Bubble isn't being wedgied 24/7. However, even they cannot help but bully the poor cutie and cannot help but contribute to Bubble's panties being stuffed between her cheeks, but hey, friends will be friends!~
