The title is a silly joke with this previous work of mine, if you haven't seen it yet:
I don't usually post these step by step here to avoid spamming you guys. I'm sharing some tips, tutorials and brushes on my patreon ! Any support means a lot for me to keep creating stories!

They are in love but he is dying because she is the fire and he is the candle. They screwed up because they are in love and now one of them is dying slowly and she doesn't know it. .

doesn't sound like a screw-up! The candle seams well knowing of the situation and has made a definate decision! The only thing now is for them to make the best out of there limited time at this love!

What happens when she stops burning and he is gone? Her life stops if something puts her out and he is alone- having to wait for another that he might not love as much.
If he melts completely then he is gone and then she burns out and they both die.
I don't see this ending well. It's a horrible tragic ending to a love story and yet maybe she lives forever~ symbolizing the ongoing fire of love and hope... But then he leaves and it ends badly again

It's either one suffers the pain of losing the other but still atleast has memories of there strong passion or both stay away from each other without being able to express themselves and not be able to be with the one they truly love! Either way there is pain! but option 1 is better then option 2 in my opinion

She is a being of fire. He's a boy made of wax...

He sustains her. Without him, she would burn too fast, and her life would end. He would be lonely without her. She, even tho she kills him with her own existence, keeps him company. One without the other is useless, alone. The both of them together become mutual suicide. But they wouldn't have it any other way. Because they may be dying together, but at least they aren't alive and alone.
The only thing that is screwed up is the fact that they were made to destroy each other. A being that would watch the two dance together briefly before diminishing completely, and for seemingly no purpose. That is what is screwed up.
