This one has several problems.. his head is way too big, and the eyes do not match eachother's direction.. This is important. However, it is okay.. but your computer works are much better.

This is pretty good... the only suggestion I would have is for the eyes. They're a bit too close together, and I think making the one closer to the veiwer a little bigger in size would really make his gaze intense. The ear also might be a tad big... and I know it's anime, but the mouth is hardly noticable as a smirk. I think it would make a bigger impact if it were a little larger...
