I was out all of yesterday with my Dad and sister at the renaissance fair. Even got a new dragon. So I wasn't able to post this up sooner. This one was a little bit a pain to work on. From the lighting to 9's head looking way too round, I struggle to say the least. One detail I keep in here is whenever the machine monsters are around, there always needs to be a hint of red somewhere.Now that 9 has escaped while injuring his leg in the process, his only hope now is to remain hidden until the Spine Machine goes away. The wound is pretty bad and there nothing he can do. How long can he hold out?

Ouch! Poor fellow looks so incredibly scared, but yet, another beautiful piece. There is a great intensity and suspense here, and I am reminded of 9 hiding from the Cat Beast during their first encounter. Oooh, I cannot WAIT to see what is up next!
I'll be posting the next chapter and the first page of my MLP comic soon. And I hope you had fun at the Ren Faire! I went for the first time in August and got myself a little dragon too (his name is Aiden)
