firstly, great shot, the model on the gangway is a well thought out shot, the lighting and colours work in well and the model wearing a blue bathing suit gives contast and deffinition without being obtrusive, The shadows are used to great effect to break up and partly conceal the tangle of ropes under the models feet. I really like the combination of a young beautiful woman and the aged weatherbeaten gangway these work great together and give a sense of time difference to the image. The pose in combination with the caption gives the feeling that this is about mischief, however i get more of a feeling of rebellion from the models expression. The spacial difference given by the bow of the ship fools the eye into percieving that the huge container ship is small enough and close enough to effect with a kick, my personal opinion......still think its a fantastic photograph.
