This shot has a lot going for it but there a couple things that could use some work yet.
The first thing I notice when I saw this is that the people's faces are not clear enough. They are clearly the focal points of this image, but they don't shine here. Instead I feel as though the red booths they're sitting in are drawing away from these lovely people.
The second things is that I feel is that the colouring is a little off. There is such great potential for this image to stand out and pop- and I don't mean just adjusting the contrast, I mean that the colour balancing feels... washed out some how. Perhaps try adjusting the contrast curve of the image so that the red pops out more. You could even desaturate it a little afterwards if you wanted to keep that aged quality that comes with pastel colouring.
That aside there a couple things that I love about this photo. The setting is stunning, hence the high impact, and the sheer volume of feathers in flight and the motion that accompanies that keeps you exploring the image, keeps you interested.
The framing of this photo is fantastic, as well. Hands down excellent. The wall in the background is near perfectly level, giving a calm line to draw your eyes from the busy-ness of the motion. The balance created by the boothers being equidistant from the photo edges is very calming as well.
Overall, it's a beautiful shot. If you have the original file still (do you shoot in RAW? If not you shoooooould...) then I would suggest playing around with it to see what you can get out of it.

Excellent shot - like the way the red shelter in the otherwise grey image draws your eye to the two seed sellers.

because of texture in the behind scene of birdfeed sellers (wall and birds) maybe it will better contrast with b/w photo... it look enough sharp for it. Nice capture and composition...
if you visit istanbul again, maybe we made a photo safari together...
