Finally pushed myself to start working on my own Next Gen/Alternate Universe and oh boi, I am so happy how is it turning out so far! It was really fun to (re)design these two and quite felt refreshing to draw ponies after such a long time, as I didn't have much time to do so because of school. I'l try my best to publish rest of the designs I've worked on as soon as possible, just need to finish writing description for them! Again, apologize for mistakes in my text as my English isn't that good, feel free to point out any error that caught your eye ^^

It was a really big surprise for Rainbow Dash to find out she was in expectation. She and her buckfriend were dating for just a "few" months, and none of them didn't really expect to start a family so soon. After some discussion about what to do next, they've decided that the best solution would be to get married before the filly or colt will be born. None of them didn't really expect that they would stay together for so many years, nor that a year after Misty was born they would have another child on the way.

Misty Skies is with no doubt the family's Egghead - rather than "trusting her own gut" as does rest of her family, she gives away her faith to the power of science, many times resulting in hassles between her and rest of the family members. But don't let this first impression fool you - even though she was a premiant pupil of her class, and won various Climatology and Chemistry awards, this blue mare is no nerd stucked whole day in library. She's very passionate about having healthy life-style and runs her life around it - she's very picky about food, excersises daily in any weather and tries to stay away from all source of stress no. Matter. What. That's actually a reason why she has a rather small circle of friends, as she has no brakes that would prevent her from telling what she actually thinks. And when she gets really pissed, kicks fly over the place. But if you don't get crossed with her, she's actually a very friendly and chatty mare, truly loyal to those close to her heart.

She's especially protective of her younger brother, Hotwave Season, who is what could be easily summed as Yin to her Yang. Irresponsible, lazy and not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, he gets easily in any kind of trouble that his older sister has to allways help him from. It has became such a routine that he even stopped to care about finding a job or house of his own, and just leeches off from his family's money and strength. None of them are truly happy about him spending all days playing arcade games and chilling with his pals, but they believe he'l eventually get some sense and gets back on all his four. He seems to be fond of sea sports and beach activities, so maybe this is the way he could eventually follow...?
