yes, I saw it, a beautiful historical film shot in Italy, even Orson filmed some film noir "lo straniero", "la signora di Shanghai", "Mr. Arkadin" and "Touch of Evil"

Yes, those were all very good, especially Touch of Evil.Β Lo Staniero is the only Welles movie to make money.
