Wooo, I'm so happy but so tired, I wish I could write more but I really should head to bed--

This is Velvet, a pink bab I've been desiring for a while... Lately I have fell in love with pink, it's now my 3rd favorite color pretty much. So you can imagine how I feel about this guy, so much lovely pink. QuQ I also love pink+brown, and blah blah blah, let me not ramble on about colors.

Anywho, Velvet is a bab I received permission to make, and he's quite the... bab. Well he's really a bab you do NOT want to mess with. Velvet, also known as "Red" or "Silky" to a few, is a guy who doesn't take drama from others and, quite frankly, doesn't have time to deal with trouble. He's fast to snip you away if he can tell you will cause him nothing but grief.

He has a habit of grooming his fur often and sometimes it gets so bad, his habit spills onto others. You can say he's a bit of a self-proclaimed "stylist" since he's quick to try to groom any babs' hair or fur he think is unruly. His claws make it easier for him to comb through any tangles, but they aren't very convenient to walk on... Nevertheless he keeps them.

The bandana he wears used to be his mother's before she went missing years ago; there's a little legend about her that mentions she used to be a bab pirate or some sort of notorious thief, and the bandana gave her lots of good luck. (aka: let her have a successive get away almost all the time) It's all he has left of her, so he wears it just like she did-- where she got it was never revealed to him, but it doesn't matter much to him now.

It's rumored that Velvet's super flirty and knows how to get a mate, but they are all untrue-- Velvet actually hates romance, he cannot stand the thought of another bab touching him "affectionately". It's also said he has the silky and soft touch gifted from the heavens, but if you piss him off, he'll cut you. All these rumors and myths probably just stem from him being very good at what he does best (grooming); it is true that he does have a soft touch, but only when he does your hair.

I'll probably add more info later, like I should with all my recent babs, but for now I'm poofed. Speaking of recent babs, do you guys mind showing me what MYO babs you made if you were approved for one? I love looking at new babs, and I'm super excited to see what others came up with! *q* I won't comment right away due to needing sleep desperately and having so much work to do, but I'll definitely make sure to comment later or at least just take a peek if time escapes me. //Imnosyignoremeplease

Super useless grumpy pie vent: I would be sleeping, uugh I bet I have so many grammar/spelling errors above... but there's someone outside with a drill of some sort doing construction that's been out there for hours in the middle of the night?? OTL I just want to sleep.... ;;""
