I wanted a really angsty mood for this picture, and i wanted to try out a bunch of lighting techniques. . . but. . .
in the end i just gave up and added a bunch of fog everywhere.

I really like this thing I'll say things I like and things that could be improved on
Good: Fog effect, Reshiram and N, the sunset.
Could be improved: The angle of the floor looks a little bit high, I think it might've looked better if you made Reshiram's tail a little bigger and then made it go off the page.
Overall a very good picture and it is a definite 8/10
