Damn - thats good!
I did one a few years ago and forgot about the wheels.... as they aren't as round as you think! When the Van sits on the floor the wheels squash!
So... Nice feature, giving the vehicle some weight!

For this render, I don't use Cycles. I use the Blender Internal.
- I set all the objects in white
- I duplicate all the objects, and set the material to black wire. Sometimes I need to grow up several parts of my wire, but this is the idea.
