A very good idea. It makes things much easier for girls, so they have a head start. There should be advantages for girls in every stage of the education process.

Boys are bored to study anyway, they go to school because their parents or the patriarchal establishment forces them to. Look at present day schools. Girls get all the grades while boys hold the schools back with their low learning skills and their aggressive behavior. If the parents want their boys to study they should pay well for it. On the other side all Girls love studying so there shouldn't be any Girls who can't go to school because their parents don't have the money to. The average education level will grow rapidly when this happens.

If boys go to school, they have the chance to learn to behave properly in the presence of females. They also learn how to serve and obey women and girls. The can contemplate their inferior position and act accordingly when they grow up and become men.
A certain amount of education can also make them better partner for women in the future. But of course the girls' education has priority.
If boys are present at school they can also understand their superior position and learn how to apply it, by bossing the boys around, give them instructions and punish them. They also learn that they don't need to have consideration for the boys, but can act arbitrarily according to their wishes and also whims.

Good idea. I think that the female staff should be allowed to discipline the male staff in general. But itβs also a good idea, that female teachers could discipline the fathers.

I don't know either, but I wish it would. As a boy I would like to go there, too. It's ideal for both sexes. The girls are fully empowered and have the chance to indulge in their power without the potential danger of being questioned. And the boys learn to behave properly and realize that not everything is about them. They learn how to respect females properly.
It's a fair arrangement and I believe it would work.
If I was a student and I could choose a school, I would choose a school like that, as a girl and as a boy. I wish my school was like that.
I was lucky to have such rules at home. My sisters never got spanked and I got spanked for the slightest offense. And it worked perfectly.
