Description

Here is some of the concepts arts and illustrations I did for my end school project, a game called Out Of The Mist.
Out Of The Mist is a student RPG game, in which you play a demonic invader, part of a race called the Maadras, who invade worlds by passing trough dark portals, and destroy them.
In the game, you will have to get back where you come from after a cataclysm shattered the world into floatings islands.
The artistic direction was mainly inspired by the work of Joe Madureira on the Darksiders license, for his line work and shapes, and by Blizzard Entertainment for the colors and hand painted textures. The goal was to achieve a Comic-like sensation to emphaze the world's violence , but also his beauty and graphic power.
