i am sorry i haven't posted in awhile! i am slowly getting better and more into art. i am taking a break from commissions, and instead taking the time to develop my characters that i very much love. this will be his first reference sheet, the second being in his 'relaxed' state, and third of his dolls and notable creations. a look at his workshop's layout will later be revealed.

his origins and development is a work in progress. ask if you want your character to be associated or a part of his universe, i will see if they're fitting and consider them. ^^

Name: Blake Dwight
Sex/Gender: Mentally and physically male. He/him or they/them/it pronouns. He/him are preferred.
Orientation: Unknown, or questioning. Seems to show interest in women, but most likely would never get romantically or sexually involved.
Age: Unknown. Appears to be early to mid twenties, but no one knows how old he truly is.
Species: Seems to be human, but his actions and unrealistically colored features says otherwise.
Occupation: Toy-maker.
Residence: Maze-like, twisted and very large toy workshop that is very easily compared to 'Wonderland'. It is very colorful, and messy. Toys and towering teddy-bears, building blocks, and others are splayed about. There are rooms that are dingy and worn-down; notably the dolls' area where they are locked up. Some are for lounging with fuzzy pieces of furniture and carpets, along with an area that is factory-like for creation. Stretching and winding halls lay hidden within the facility, with many mirrors and doors that are crooked and whatnot. What lies beyond them is unknown.
Personality: Comes off very generous, calm, collected, and polite. He is very sweet to children, and often ignores adults completely. He lures in unexpecting children with his creations, and brings him to his workshop; it somehow seeming like an alternate dimension without escape.
He urges them to 'play with him' (NOT in a pedophilic manner, as he is in NO WAY attracted to children, or have any intentions on doing anything sexual or romantic to them), bringing out various toys he has made. This includes windups, marionettes, chess/checkers, stuffed creatures, and other items.
The child MUST pay attention to him and continue to play, or else he will grow extremely jealous and possessive, asking them 'what are you doing?' or 'where are you going?' if they even turn their gaze to anything but what he wants, or says they want to go home.
If the kid persists, he will grow aggressive, starting to knock things over/hit them, torture, or even kill them in various ways that involves using toys in a sinister and creative way.
Even though he gets angry if his victim doesn't take care to give him their undivided attention, he often disappears somewhere in the structure, working on new projects, checking on his dolls (which he rarely does. In comparison to dollmakers or puppeteers, he isn't very affectionate with his dolls), taking a nap, or other shenanigans.
His personality and mood changes rapidly, but by default he is polite, playful, and childish (thus his child complex).
He holds a grudge for a VERY long time, and you could say never forgets regardless of the situation.
Combat/Weaponry: Mostly makes use of his toy creations, altering them for deadly use. Giant windup keys, bombs of innocent shapes, windup toys, ginormous 'symbol monkeys' that smash others' heads between, xylophones and toy drums that are magically amplified to make individuals' ears bleed, trapping people/kids in music boxes, sewing mouths shut, and many other ugly sort of ways to kill. His dolls are sometimes instructed to attack in his absence, even though he couldn't care less whether they are destroyed or not. It's 'another failure'. If the child continues to play, they can die of both exhaustion and starvation, as he doesn't have food on hand, and doesn't have remorse. If they refuse to the point where he is too upset, he will torture them as punishment, or kill them himself. His 'games' can get dangerous.
Positive Traits: Polite, creative, serious, generous, alluring (in an 'intriguing' way, due to his eccentric appearance), nice, playful, ambitious.
Negative Traits: Aggressive, lazy, carefree, very jealous, possessive, sadistic, selfish, messy, 'psychopathetic tendencies', bloodthirsty. (I know the positive and negative contradict themselves, but he contradicts himself by his drastic mood switches. It's almost as if he's an entirely different person.)
Skills: Good at making toys (for the mostpart), chess.
Weaknesses: Falls asleep and slacks off/procrastinates, can't cook, does a bad job at doing his facepaint+hair, never plucks his eyebrows, can't control a marionette very well, dolls are very sloppy as he uses senseless materials (these are larger scale than most of his products, so he finds them much more difficult), can't hide or contain his feelings well.
Voice: Is normally an average male's voice with a light English accent, but turns..Almost Marilyn-Manson-like when angry? At least very raspy, sleezy, and rough.
Theme Song(s): Unsure! Feel free to suggest.
Friends: You can suggest, but I want to deeply develop it and see if they are compatible. He will have little to no friends, and they are most likely to be children or childish/eccentric adults.
Enemies: Same as above. Feel free to suggest.
Main/notable Toys or Dolls: There will be three dolls, some plushies, and other toys that will be notable. These are to be developed.
Inspiration: He is inspired by colorful and rustic toys from the 1800s, the Visual-Kei style, Ouji style, and a bit of steampunk. His neck paint is based off of Ruki from The GazETTE's signature neck decor. The decals on his attire are toy broaches, candy-resembling pieces, and toy-soldier like add-ons.

Appearance: As shown normally, but when lazing or working, he removes his capelet, coat, gloves, top hat, and mask. His hair is also let down from his ponytail, as he complains about it giving him a headache and causing strain on his head.

Extras: Has a child complex | Nothing is hidden underneath his mask, surprisingly--or, is there? (maybe changed throughout development)| Doesn't need to consume food that is known of, but he may pop various candies in his mouth throughout the day. | He extracts from victims and makes mixes that he injects in order to stay 'youthful'. Even though he doesn't care about his appearance, he doesn't wish to grow up. | He can get harmed just like anyone else, and die from serious wounds or injuries. He heals slightly faster than others, but extreme situations can overwhelm him to the point of no return. | Though his origins and concept is rather 'creepy', he is not a Creepypasta. If I change my mind in the future it will be announced, but very likely not. I do not find that is story or design gives enough shock factor that Creepypastas rely on. | Very easily gets bored of people/activities, then sidetracked. | Being referred to as an 'old man' sets him off. | During his 'episodes', he often goes off laughing and grinning crazily, scratching at nearby things like the floor and wall, sometimes even crushing objects in his hand, spiking things to the ground, or acting erratically.
