Such a strong red color really draws a persons eye in.
This is great, and I in no way know anything about fractals, but I know this has caught my eye. I love the swooping feel, almost feather like (though i can see a tree too). It's soft in it's feel yet strong in it's color which is a great combination. I especially love the pop of bright orange, which reminds me of a phoenix as it's becoming ready to be reborn, giving the whole piece a fresh beginnings connotation to me.
The only thing I would change about it is that there are a few dark lines though it, that seem harsh and out of place, I think it would be great if they could be softened up a bit. Otherwise, great work!

I always like to see how people unknown with fractals respond to it. they aren't caught in technical issues ^^.
I hope some phoenix will be born
I know what you mean about the dark lines. maybe i should have worked harder on it (tried to get them away but that made too much overlap... if you change 1 thing most of the time (and in this case) the whole fractal will change)
