Ah it's just a joke on Jack Horner, who theorized that Tyrannosaurus was a complete scavenger (crazy theory really by a well-reputed paleontologist) and also thought that retro-engineering could be used to create a "Chickenasaurus". Since this one is a very big Chickenasaurus, my mind instantly went to Horner.

This is obvously not true. Birds evolved from theropods.
But that does not mean theropods had almost every characteristic a bird has.
