ATTENTION all members of Gatherer Guardian!

The creature depicted above has been spotted at various sites across Rapture, often in the company of high-ranking members of Cupitoris Caeles. Judging by the body shape and weaponry, this thing is believed to be some sort of a corrupted Big Sister. Our most current information has it dubbed as an "Enforcer."

This "Enforcer" is also rumored to have been spotted gliding about in the ocean environment outside of the city, reportedly on a pair of metallic "wings," or "fins" of some sort. We have yet to confirm these reports.

Extreme caution is advised if one of these creatures is spotted in your area. It has been recorded as extremely powerful, judging by the scene of a scuffle between the creature and some of Gatherer Guardian's Big Sister operatives. As far as we know, the specimen depicted here appears to be perhaps a bit smaller, maybe younger, than the average Big Sister, and will not attack directly unless provoked or in the company of an operative of Caeles.

To make things a little more clear; Enforcers are the Caeles counterpart to ordinary Big Sisters. Feel free to create your own Enforcer character. I have just one request; everyone should use a different color and/or shade for their Enforcer's head fins.
