I would list reasons why I don't believe she is nothing but pure evil, but all I'm going to say is that she's more of a tragic villain instead of a pure evil one for the sake of it. She had more than one reason behind her motives and I still love her entirely.

It's okay, I know what you mean. Besides her unhappy job working for Lionheart, it wasΒ also hinted that, like Judy, she was bullied by predators a lot in her early years. So yes, I understand perfectly why she became so bitter.
