comment: the subject is cute and it evokes good feelings tied to childhood. To me though it doesn't work composition-wise and street-wise. The little girl has not enough space in front of her and in the direction of her arm. The left upper edge of the frame breaks the pattern in a disturbing way and not in a captivating one. The contrast is very high with lack of detail in highlights and shadows (but this can work in this case). The focus is on the floor more than on the girl. The image works thanks to the subject that is sweet and eye-catching on its own but probably another angle would have worked better. I can imagine though that it is kind of hard to follow a running little girl
As street photo it is weak. There is a 'decisive moment' but it is not an original one, it is quite common and already seen. To me it is a sweet spontaneous portrait or even a conceptual image that suggests emotions toward childhood.

I love this photo! There is such joy in it and it takes me right back to my own childhood- just care free and enjoying the sun.
