Aaah! I love not only how I can totally tell that it's Victor and Mordecai despite their being human, but the use of muted colors is genius! It really connects to the comic, since they're all sepia, but more than that it just looks spectacular!

Thanks! I wanted to use colors without it being a 100% in-color image, since I thought that wouldn't be as moody and nostalgic.

This is a fantastic piece! I first saw it on Tracy Butler's Lackadaisy tumblr account, and I remeber thinking that it was some of the best Lackadaisy fanart I'd seen. You're wonderful with the watercolors, and you captured both their likenesses and personalities really well! This...is a jar of awesome-sauce.
