I did this totally under the visual 'fluence of that high-watermark of JS fanart that is: [link] by the exquisitely talented *phuriedae (who is ever encouraging of this sort of fangirl caper)Commissioned by Nikita, who asked for vaguely GND-ish fluff and got overtones of adult-type touching as an unexpected extra. (ZOMG NO GLOVES!!!1!)
Yeah. I think either one's concentration is gonna give out soon.
(and yes, I DO really like sticking Sarah in His Majesty's fluffy shirts. What of it?)

Okay, I know I've commented on this piece before, and that I'm becoming a stalker-fangirl of your work (it's so pretty!) but I pulled this picture up to feature on my journal, and...this is so well done. The scene is just...perfect. I feel all squishy every time I look at this and the picture tells a whole story, in the subtleties and details. A whole scene plays out that leads the characters to that window sill and a moment full of peace and playfulness rather than mistrust and antagonism.
So forgive my creepy stalking, please...I can't help but return to gorgeous pieces like this that captures emotion and a moment so well.
