Description
So we got a green light to post these! I picked up basically the most obscure characters I could find just because I could. Thus I went for Transformers Online, the Chinese version of Transformers Universe.

These two are Decepticons, and what small bio they have on TFwiki, including a thumbnail sized reference image, I just grabbed and went along. I did pick the designs I liked the most, and what I could see from the pixels. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

This piece is done traditionally except for the speech bubble and editing a little the left one's eye because scanner really didn't like the magenta hue of the gel pen. The original is quite small actually because I wanted to see how my hand would take for the strain, and all went a lot better than I expected. Of course the water used on the markers did whatever it wanted so i had again little control where the color decided to go unless I was very careful spreading it. Of course I was more careful around face and head to not make all just a blob of color.

I did add purple with a colored pencil but the paper's roughened texture after drying made it a tad bit more grainier than I'd have liked. Oh well, next time! The brown ink pen I used makes this look softer too, which is nice, but 005 for inking? Shaky hand says hello. Not recommended haha;;;
