The story is complete, but I just need to get my arse on the move and be done with fixing small details ect. before posting the chapters. It's been beta read by at least 3 peeps, including my man. (Because I forced them to read it buhahhahhahha
) Funny part was, my man was scared at first, thinking it's all "fangirlgoessquee" fic, but in the end he liked it 
So... I have a dyslexia, now added with exophoria that breaks my concentration each time I blink my eyes, making especially reading hard as hell. FUCK YES! I really thought I was going crazy because text keeps slipping off my focus. I got my explanation for it a week ago when I got to Optician and got new lenses for my glasses.
PS. I've hated to blink my eyes for many many years now, since it also affects my concentration when I draw... lulz.
This is like, a "second version" of the very first TFP Soundwave I drew and colored, with a lot less mistakes, and still no Laserbeak on his chest since... well, he looks better without!

Shockwave appeared in season 2 first time as a flash back and I wrote this story on the season break after season 1 without any news of him appearing in the show.

Yes you wrote it before his appearance in season 3. In previous episodes he was kinda sadistic so it is understandable to portray it this way. Now his version sounds more like Exodus or even G1 version which would make Prime Shockwave sounds like a saint. It is good because he was always portrayed as either a rival to Starscream who would be completely sadistic and would even overthrow Megatron or a loyal subordinate but a lot more cold-blooded and composed character
I wonder: why in your story did Shockwave made Soundwave suffer so much? Just curious : )

IF I remember correctly, it was because Shockwave found out Soundwave has superior regenerative ability, thus he was one of his best test subjects. Someone who'd actually stay alive instead of Shockwave needing to find a new one every time. I think I did hint this somewhere in the story. I has such a good memory.

And yes, I've been planning on a sequel for a long time now. Basically I want to wait until Prime ends with the movie. That'll give me more "tools" to use. I don't know if I mentioned it but I wrote the this before Shockwave appeared in the series. O.o It was during the break between season one and two.

Haha, that we agree with. Some people have no clue what they're writing about, or it's just their fantasy like "omg teehee Starscream is just so cute I'll write him all cute too!" and my head goes KABOOM!
We'll see when I get the time to plan the sequel more in my head and actually start writing. When I wrote the story, I had just simply visualized it in my head for a few months, then I just poured it out in a few right after. 
I've seen the movie, I liked it, but I won't tell a thing unless you've seen it too. x'D And I have exact same order with Prime Cons.

Well if you feel that the original TFP went too far from your original idea for your fic, you can always create your own version of the story and ignore some facts of the original like the one that Sounders stayed in the Shadow Zone even though the writers may know that he's the fave 'con of several fans
I always do that 
Well I think is a good thing to try to create your own version of a story, for example, if you want to study animation and/or storyboard, like me, you start working out your brain in my opinion

I really do like the background, because it clearly has the feeling of being a large screen, and if the viewer was mistaken for what it was in the first place- you've got panels below to indicate that it really is a screen. Adding noise and giving it a motion blur really helps to bring that neat effect and feel! And then the light rendering on Soundwave is just so beautifulll. *-*
I really love all your Soundwave stuff for that simple attention to detail- how the armor curves and how you're able to show that so nicely (something I really need to learn and practice myself!). Overall, I looove this. A lot. xD
And it works so well with your story!

The screen is supposed to be the Nemesis' bridge's mainscreen, with the smaller ones being the ones in the top front C: Do you stare your eyes off at hundreds of screenshots? Currently I have 855 screenshots of references of Prime and I haven't taken my time with most episodes of season 2 yet...

dyslexia dang you have my sympathy, i took a pill that gave me erratic eye twitch. eye problems are no fun at all. but regardless your drawings are awesome and the fact you have that and can draw like this is inspiring if nothing else, it has to be hard to draw with the picture moving around.
and you wrote a story as well, dang. handicaps suck i know i have one myself, it's mental only thank god but still interrupts the physical world i live in and makes daily routines annoying at times.
anyway not to be rude but the mech does he have arms or were they ripped off? also this reminds me of tron which all i know of that is kingdom hearts, anyway great art as always. i'm sorry i don't comment much it's part of my handicap, other times i can't think of what to say.

yeah i never saw the movie or not the whole thing i watched the first few minutes but wasn't my cup of tea, but i do like that blue line glow design they have.
correct ps2 cable? i they came with av cables standard. but darn i'm sorry you can't play it the games is fun, a bit on the easy side but fun.
yeah i often look at a pic and fav it if i like it then a few weeks later make a comment on it, i know not many can take correction anymore. and i'm no exception at times. but no one is perfect.

I somehow lost the original PS2 cable when my friend gave me something that I could attach it to my PC display instead. Now I have that one only, and the other one is just.. poof gone somewhere

my opinions i stated were mainly about games and things i liked. music video etc...
like i know not everyone likes country music but i do. i made a topic about what kind of music people liked, i wasn't assuming anything i just wanted to have a chat about music.
and some guy comes in and trashes the music i grew up with to my face. i've been listening to country since i was old enough to work a radio which is about 20 years now, so it is sentimental to me.
i try my best to not badger others or force my ideas down people's throats, i mean i slip up now and then, but i'm only human. it was the others throwing their ideas in my face, and they are so shocked when i get pissed. i got into a fight because i stated i liked windows more then mac, but that's really only cause i've only had windows computers all my life, i shouldn't judge but i'm biased toward windows i'll admit it. but apple does make some nice stuff got an ipod touch coolest thing i have right now.
i don't always take critic well, i tend to confuse critic with attacks alot. i'm not sure why i can't tell the difference but i just know it happens. i try to keep an open mind but it doesn't always work. the breaks i guess.

There's several reasons why someone gets upset about critique. For someone it's an attack if the art is very personal, in such cases one can at least disable comments here in DA. Others think they are good when there's lots of room for improvements, ect. As many reasons as there's artists. I don't see it as an attack against me, I just need to munch it, bite it, taste it, feel it overall before I can accept it that the area needs work. I rarely accept anything as it is.

yeah my last few months on that forum were pretty rough, i try to settle things calmly but doesn't always work, at the end they pushed me to edge of my paitance and i went on a tirade to get myself banned.
i knew i needed to leave but i won't leave a site i have an account on, so i had to be cut off at the source, but after that i calmed down quite a bit, i think i was tense because of how much crap i was getting. i was paranoid waiting for the next person to jump on me.
yeah i have gotten defensive of a piece of art that i liked back when i still liked my art. but all critique should be taken with a grain of salt, i agree. i just need to remember that more often
