A bit late, but what ever really! HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! (Hyvää ystävänpäivää!
)Last year Nautica did the thing, this time it's Strongarm offering you her handcuffs!

Nice work, Strong-arm has begun to grow on me as I watched the show, wouldn't mind seeing her as part of Optimus' team instead of Bumblebee's in future series. I like that she turns into a police car, one with muscle at that >:3...And I share her annoyance with Sideswipe, such a tool that guy XD

I also like how Strongarm is both a fangirl (loves hearing war stories about team prime), and ambitious! Sgt Strongarm, Lt Strong-arm...President Strongarm! I would totally vote for President Strongarm over Donald Trump u_u....XD
P.S. maybe its too early in the series to say this but...I think Strongarm Prime has a nice ring to it >;3 "imagines Strongarm beating up decepticons to the beat of "You've got the touch"

I am not so sure, but the bulkier shoulders and legs, as well as more plating around the chest and waist areas seem to make her look like a buffed up "female transformer". And her colour scheme just reminds me of Arcee because it's blue.

So your opinion is that a "female transformer" needs to be thin like Arcee and Airachnid and everything else is out of the ordinary, for example "buffed up"? Like Strongarm? 
Strongarm is more white than blue and she's a police officer which apparently is a universal color scheme for them. Blue? How about Smokescreen in Beast Hunters season? He's blue too. Dreadwing? He's blue. They should remind you as much about Arcee as Strongarm, even more, because they are more blue than Strongarm.
You mentioned first that kibble was the thing that reminded you of Arcee, but I can't see a single similar kibble on them. Oh, possible the wheels on their feet? Knock Out has them too, Breakdown, Bumblebee and who am I not listing?
Do you have anything to add that might clear this "reminds me of something" thing? This is exact same thing when people say for example "Knock Out and Ironhide are cousing. Why? Because they're both red. They must be related." Do you know see why I got so offended?

Erm no, it depends on their character design...and I know Strika is a female from Transformers Animated, she's an exception.
True, I think they would make more convincing character arguments when I spoke about blue.

The comparison starts from your "standard" view of something. What you consider standard makes everything else not fitting it be out of the ordinary. Some people don't notice this though-pattern when something becomes the norm. Like in this case "buffed up Arcee", where you compared those two where Arcee was the standard. Reverse would go "Arcee is just a skinny Strongarm". And now comes the question; why is Strika an exception?
Blue and red are very very very common colors in the world of TFs for some strange reason, possibly an easy way back in the 80's for printing comics? Perhaps blue and red were ready made pure colors for cell shading in cartoons too so time didn't go wasted mixing complex colors, same with the toy making with plastic?
Wheels being part of the kibble; aka all of the Prime Autobots. Then the Decepticon exceptions according to Starscream; Knock Out and Breakdown. (Why Starscream thought Vehicons with car-alt mode were such a good idea escapes me.

Because in the world of Transformers, gender doesn't matter, thus them looking like "the gender us humans forces upon them" is not needed, yet they can be she or he depending on what they WANT to be called. I blame that also on english as there's gender nouns.
