Your deviantart account must be older then three months to bid.

If the bidding goes past the AB price during the 30 minute snipeguard, the AB price becomes invalid.

Autobuy ends the auction unless snipeguard is initiated. Even when the 48 hours post-1st bid have not ended.

No refunds or backouts.

Don't edit your bid comment to make the bid lower than the original offer.

Paypal only (EURO).

Any money sent before confirmation of the purchase will be treated as a donation.

Payment should be sent within 24 hours after confirmation of purchase. (This will be a note that I send you. Please reply to it within the timeframe.)

If the amount is not paid within the timelimit I reserve the right to reopen the auction for said adoptable design or contact the second highest bid.

Upon purchase you may claim the character as your own but do credit me for the original design.

If you wish to resell/trade/gift the character design you purchased, please do pop me a note so no "character/design theft" confusion happens.
★ In case of reselling you are allowed to tally up the prices for any commissions that you bought for this adopt ontop of the price you bought it for.
★ When reselling without additional commissioned art - stick to the price you bought it for or less.

Do not use this artwork for commercial purposes.

You may change the gender/outfit and make minor overall edits to the character design as long as the design is still somewhat recognisable.
