A little sneak peek at the comic I'm too lazy to do right now! *shot*Anyway, this is Leviticus squaring off against an old rival, and not just that; he's out for blood.
I learned today that I can't, for the life of me, draw a Samurott tilting it's head down.....
Though I do love the background...

Since that Samurott is turning to be very strong , Serperior has no choice but to take Samurott seriously and give it all in a battle against Samurott.
Anways , Serperior would easily win since Snakes are very strong .

Oh this style looks really dramatic. You might want to use bolder colours to help with the drama but it still looks pretty awesome.
Samurott's head shell should be a lot thicker, and his awesome moustache seems a bit short on your drawing. It's still good though D:

The whiskers are suppose to be shorter, as well as the spikes being misplaced on the back of the shell on his head. They're his natural characteristics. Also, like I said in the description, "I learned today that I can't, for the life of me, draw a Samurott tilting it's head down"
I tried to make the colors duller to correspond with the foggy day, but I don't really get what you mean by "bolder colors". Please explain?

Oh no no no, I read that and thought it might be useful to critique D: Don't take offense to it o.o'
But what I mean is have some really dramatic lighting. Like, having it have really bold colours, then adding the rain and mist later. Yours works but the scene might be better rendered that way.
But still, I really like this one. It's really intense.

Yeah. And a little less fog, a darker background. You can still have foggy and be really dark.

There are art teachers, but the teachers teach a lot of stuff I'm not entirely interested in, like sculpting, painting, etc. Also, they have a lot of stuff like the color wheel, art properties, and other paperwork kind of things like that... I don't really like doing that stuff...

Exactly. They should have specific kinds of art teachers! They have specific classes for Science (Geology, Biology, etc.) and Math (Geometry, Algebra, etc.); why not Art?
