To this drawing, I use ShiPainter or ShiPainter Pro, these are on Oekaki website !^^
But actually I use Paint Tool SAI or Photoshop to use textures or brushes^^

I'm not sure how you're to round out lines correctly- the more you try to edit, the more complicated it gets.
