Clip Studio paint is very close to sai, and even has vector brushes. Do you can draw a drawing with a normal pen, but scale it larger with out it looking grainy. Next time it goes on sale I'll buy you a copy if you're interested in it, you can come over to my house and try it out! It comes loaded with comic panels and the brush stabilization is AWESOME.
