What is the difference between ritsu and eve ritsu

The Standard Ritsu costume the design used to personify the "Standard" voice type that Canon (Ritsu's voice actress) uses when recording banks, While the "Eve" Ritsu personifies a different Recording style that Canon used to create that bank. They have different voice tones and recording styles..
From a Character stand point, the Difference is just a Costume change - They are the same character.
