Description I love drawing pikachu so much, especially on the etch a sketch. I love how pikachu's basic design has been tweaked over the years.
This specific pikachu design was used for Pokemon Ranger, Shadows of Almia.

It took around 2 hours to make, and the background consists of pokeballs and little lightning bolts. Pikachu's face ticks me off, though; every facial feature is really far apart from everything else, so it's a pain to make it on an etch a sketch, where everything has to be connected by a line.

thanks! Yeah, even today I was working on a piece and parts of it got erased on my commute home. I guess you've just got to take all the ups and downs if you want to work with an etch a sketch haha

there really is no "secret" to learning how to etch-a-sketch, it is really something that takes time and practice, just like any other form of art.

well I got comfortable with using an etch a sketch as a drawing tool after about 3 or 4 years of messing with it. I started using one when I was 4, and I am still learning more to this day, and my skills are growing with my drawing abilities and practice
